​The Booking Process

 

To make a booking, please contact us here.

After making your booking with us you will be sent a questionnaire about your dog and family life. Please try to give as much detail as possible in your answers. This should be sent back to us before your appointment.

​

All family members who have regular contact with your dog should be present at the time of the consultation. You will find it much easier to modify your dog’s behaviour if the whole family is on board and understands what is required of them. 

​

It is also really important that your dog has seen your vet recently to rule out any medical problems that could be linked to the undesired behaviour before we see you.

​

Consultations normally start at your home address and then dependent on the issue will progress to go out for a walk or to the environment you are having problems in. 

​

Initial consultations last 2 hours and you will receive notes from our session within one week of your appointment. 

​

If your dog only performs the problem behaviour in specific situations and you are worried it may not occur during the appointment, it may be useful to get some video clips of what is concerning you (if safe to do so) before your session.

Basic Package £195:

 

• 2 Hour Consultation

Premium Package £285:

​

• 2 hour Consultation

 

• One hour follow up training session

 

• 4 weeks telephone support

Gold Package £395: 

​

• 2 hour Consultation

 

• Three follow up training sessions (one hour each)

 

• 8 weeks telephone support

• Assessment of questionnaire and veterinary records

​

• Liaising with vet if required

​

• Training notes from our session within one week of your appointment

​

Follow up sessions £70 per hour:

​

• One hour training and behaviour session  

​

Follow up session packages:

​​

• 3 x 1 hour sessions = £180 

 

 

How many sessions will I need?

​

Some dogs only require one session while more complex cases may require several follow up sessions and ongoing support. The majority of cases can be resolved fairly quickly.  Many owners we work with are surprised by how much they can achieve in a relatively short space of time. Please get in touch with us for guidance on your individual case.

How are payments taken?

​

You will be sent a 'Square' invoice by email when you book. You can make payments via this link by debit or credit card. Payment should be made either before or on the day of your appointment.

Are there any travel charges?

 

Prices are for appointments within 30 minutes travel time from Tunbridge Wells, an additional travel fee may apply for other areas.
